Some of the waitress's don't give to good of service! You have to ask for refills on drinks, and they seem to forget your biscuits! Service could be better...
I love cracker barrel gift shops. Great variety of gifts for everyone. The atmosphere is authentic early american. Many specialty items. Unfortunately the food is what it is. Not great. The side dishes are better than the entrees. Pies and dessert are the best options
Love the food, the waitresses, waiters, gift shop & and people working in the gift shop and the managers. ALL of them are so so nice and friendly and do a fantastic job! I have at them in a lot of states and towns and I think our local one is the best! We have had a couple small problems but a manager always takes care of it to our satisfaction! Morganton is great!
It's just Cracker Barrel. The prices are high considering the amount of food you get. The food isn't great, but isn't bad. I mostly like the gift shop and the fabulous front porch. This restaurant is used as a meeting place for my family and friends due to it's easy location.
Wait time was excellent. Service was excellent. We had stopped at the one in Hickory and the wait time was 40 mins. Too long for me. So we drove on down the road to Morgantown. Glad we did!!
