Went to Applebee's 6 min. After it opened. Hostess almost seated us at a dirty table, but she noticed and sat us elsewhere. I went to ladies room and it hadn't been cleaned since the day before. If I could post pics. I would. I took several. Told manager and he said hostess arrived late for work so she didn't have time to clean it! Waitress was ok, but food left much to be desired! Husband's steak was tough and my food was just warm. We've been coming here for quite awhile, but we won't be back.
Went there with a friend tonight after work to get a drink. They had 1$ long island teas and some half off appetizers. Our waitress was Sherry and she was absolutely amazing came by to check on us often and made sure we were happy. Our drinks came pretty fast as well and I met two very nice managers! Ones name was Alex, and the other was a new manager all in all I was very happy. Will definitely be back.
Our server was sweet and she really tried, I can understand being busy, but our drinks took forever, we waited 20 minutes before we were even able to order. Then another hour before our food arrived. Our steaks were cold and cooked wrong. The broccoli was so salty it was inedible. It was also undercooked. Three of our plates were incorrect. We never received refills. We have never returned and I don't plan to. I was very disappointed seeing as though this place has such potential to be a nice place to go on a night out.
Our service was wonderful and the food was great as always. Our server Sherry was so nice and put smiles on our faces. So I left her a little smile on the table. She thought it was sweet. Applebees is always my favorite place to eat. I enjoy it every time. We'll be back and looking for Sherry.
Friendly staff, good beer, clean restaurant. Been coming here for several years. Good choice of places to eat or to just stop in for a cold beer. I'm especially appreciative of the courtesy this restaurant shows veterans on Veteran's Day
