She came back with a lamb cut, smaller top knot and ears. Her whiskers were trimmed but not her face and her feet were not trimmed.
I also had to reschedule as I was "late" one day (after an incorrect voicemail reminder was left, with no date or time) and had an incorrect time as I was "early;" utterly ridiculous.

I've never had a problem with any petsmart and this one is no exception. They always have my pets food in stock and good treat and toy options.
Snuggles is a shih tzu really good companion. She gets the best haircut and bath from her groomer Aerial Justice. I have trid pthers ouside of Petsmart and been very disappointed. Give Petsmart & Aerial try, you won't be disappointed. Guaranteed.
I wish that I could give this petsmart a big "0" stars. My story is long but what I really want to get across to anyone buying a small animal or any products that say they are safe.....do your RESEARCH!! I wished I did on a product and also never trust anyone at petsmart when it comes to these little animals. The manager was very rude and hung up on me twice. I have spent a lot of money over many years at this company for this kind of rudeness and disregard of these tiny little creatures. I bought this lil guy "robo dwarf hamster" for my granddaughter and wanted the best for him of their short lives of only 4 years, but my lil guy past this morning just short of his first birthday due to the negligence and rudeness of the manager at this Morganton, NC store. I know companies need to make their money, but if you are going to sell these lil fragile guys and make sure you get them to good homes, then you need to step up your training and manners with your staff!!!!! My granddaughter's dwarf hamster "Hamie" is gone because of this and I will tell her when I feel it's right and let her know how and why we lost him. DO NOT buy these little guys from Petsmart or take your other pets to them......period!
I am furious that I spent $54 on a cut I did not ask for and now it will be another 8-10 weeks before I can correct it. Ugh. Take your dog else where to be groomed.
I asked for a Town and Country clip on my toy poodle, but did not want my dog's hair down to the skin as it is winter. I did not want her top knot or ears touched; and I wanted her feet and face trimmed.
Decent enough selection, the cat section is laid out weird. Friendly staff
