I bought a new galaxy j7 perx from this boost mobile store on a monday. I realized on wednesday (2 days) that i wasn't getting 4g lte coverage. So I went back to the store and they informed me that it was a sims card problem. My phone has no water damage no physical damage what so ever, and they informed me that they didnt have a return policy. i had the receipt, the box, everything. They wouldn't even exchange me another phone just like the one i bought only 2 days before. i contacted corporate boost who has been more than helpful. But this local store is giving boost a very bad reputation.
The worker named Ashley is so helpful!! She showed me all the best deals and was super caring about phone I wanted! Every time I go I always ask for Ashley!! Best worker all around and she keeps the store very very clean!!
