I really did not enjoy my experience here. It felt like to me their main objective was to get me in and out as quickly as possible. The woman who cut my hair said she had decided to cut hair a few months ago. I explained to her that I want my hair trimmed up and to have some more layers. She chopped off huge sections of my hair and the top part of my hair was above my shoulder while the rest of my hair was still 4-5 inches longer than the top part. I had to tell her to stop cutting because it was just looking so awful. I asked if she could at least use a straightener so I could see what it would look like (since she sprayed my hair with water- leaving it frizzy and unruly) She said no, they only will use a straightener on the weekends, because she needed to hurry right now. She was sweet, but did not know what she was doing. Will never ever go back. Went to the hair salon in Walmart in the same shopping complex and they said they often fix the haircuts given at this Great Clips.
I would give this 6 stars if I could. Great clips has always been a great place for a cut for me but Tori at the morganton location is with out a doubt the best hair stylist I have EVER had. She always ALWAYS cuts my hair perfectly and exactly the way I want it.... can not say enough about her! The rest of the staff is all very friendly and helpful, great place highly recommended in my book
I dont like it back of my hair is sticking up its to expensive for not having a good hair cut never going back to that dude!
I've been going to great clips for awhile and while there have been a few instances that I was not satisfied most of the time they cut my hair the way I like it. I don't see myself going anywhere else unless I end up moving away from the area.
I got a wonderful hair cut. It looked great. She cut it shorter than I expected, but I ended up loving it.
