I was in this store 11/7/2017. I love T.J. Maxx and drive either 35 or 45 minutes to get to the nearest one since my town does not have one. I hope someone in the company gets this to the person it needs to go to. I alerted the cashier but don't know how far this info will get. I was shopping in the women's section and clearance and found multiple empty hangers. I was looking to see if clothing was on the floor and half fallen off the hanger to fix it abut that wasn't the case. I worked in a retail shop years ago and empty hangers meant theft. The amount of them were alarming and there wasn't an employee anywhere around that was keeping an eye on clothing at all. This isn't even Black Friday yet and thought you would want to know....
Nice friendly staff. The prices are not as low as the other TJ Maxx stores. I purchased a French press at one in Hickory and the 2 days later I saw it here and it was priced higher. The clothes are always higher here than in Hickory. The prices are still lower than in a designer brand store.
Great place. Great selection of Men's and women's clothing, home goods, and accessories. Awesome prices! Great place for Holiday shopping as well as year round.
Friendly and very helpful staff. My only reason for 4 stars is I really wish this store had layaway. I miss that. Please bring back layaway.
I shop here constantly. I bought an essential oil here though and when I opened it at home, it was broken and there was no oil in it. I returned the next day to exchange it. I watched as the manager ,Gabrielle, rolled her eyes and took forever to process the return. As if I was lying. HORRIBLE customer service.
