I went here over thanksgiving holiday to buy a handgun that was on sale. Unfortunately they were out of stock on it. The salesman informed me I could go online and order it so I could still get the sales price. It was extremely easy and I had it shipped to the store.
Bought $100 egift card online (cause I needed a quick gift in a hurry), they sent me 3 cards (all three valid for $100 each). If I had had them sent to the recipient I'd have never known. I spent 40 minutes on phone getting this fixed. For 40 minutes wasted time to fix THERE error I received a "thank you for your honesty" and a bad image of Rural Kings ordering process (never ordered from them before). Didn't do it for a reward but a 10% off your next shopping visit would have been nice for all the trouble they put me through for a "quick gift in a hurry."
Why would a store ad busy as this one is only have TWO REGISTERS OPEN ? There were8 to 10 customers in each line. Takes longer to check out than it does to find what you're looking for. Staff is nice prices ok.
Every man's dream at least this man. Pretty much everything in one place. This rural King opened in February 2017 in Burke county nc exit 103 i 40 in the old wall Mart building. I just found out about it in October 2017. Reasonable prices what you would expect at a farm supply store. Friendly staff and very helpful. They don't pester you while shopping but there if you need them.
