It is unfortunate that I feel compelled to write a negative review of this agency. My 85 year old mother is purchasing a listing from this agency. The closing has been delayed twice now due to lack of communication between this agency, the seller's estate attorney and the closing attorney to great distress for my mother. This agency claims that it is not their responsibility to notify their seller (whom they represent) estate attorney that the sale price of the house was renegotiated. They also claim that it was not their responsibility to notify the same attorney of the original closing date. They claim that it was the attorney's responsibility to communicate with each other. What does due diligence mean? At the second closing, while sitting at the table and learning that the paperwork was incorrect due to the lack of communication to the seller's attorney...and that we would be delayed again. this agency thought it was a little funny and thought humor was appropriate in that moment.
Great service from a team that will get you results! Listed our house with Bobbie and fully expected it to be on the market for a year or more. A few months later it was sold! The same day we closed on the old house, we closed on our new house.
