Left work shoes on while working in my NEW, shiny, clean shower & bath tub also. Left a mess in both for me to clean up. Dirt and black grime. Emailed photos of this to the owner who apologized and said they have those "footie" things to wear over their boots. That's all. no other efforts made to make this "right" with us, the paying customer.
There have been many issues in the past with just leaving a mess when they are done with a job & leaving and not telling you they are finished with what was requested. So you are left wondering what was accomplished.
Done some work with these guys in valdese at Stonehaven Condominiums. They did really good work. Greatly impressed with their timing and reliability.

Recently after calling them out and not hearing from them for a week, I called and asked them when my job would be taken care of because it needed done ASAP. The gentleman actually told me that "Mondays are really busy" and he didn't think they could do it on Monday. I guess maybe they forgot that they get PAID for what they do, I will never use their services again.
