Paid to have my utilities turn on after having to go all the way down to city hall. Only city I've ever lived on where I couldn't do it online or over the phone. Pay over 200 dollar mandatory deposit fee even with perfect credit...first place I've ever had to pay a deposit on. Schedule the day for my utilities to be turned on, drive five hours to move into my new place and the utilities are still not on! And of course they have no emergency line to call, and a voicemail box set up like a residence. Need to get with the times.
