When I brought my engagement ring in for a routine cleaning, it was found to have 2 broken prongs and 1 that needed to be completely rebuilt. I was very fortunate that the diamond hadn't fallen out. I left my ring to be repaired. It looks so beautiful! Kay's Jeweler did a fantastic job. The price of the repair was very reasonable.
