They accidentally dropped my insurance twice. They intentionall dropped me for a shed not on my property. They accidentally dropped my home/car dicount. They accidentally charged my bank too much for insurance. They accidentally left collision on a car that I requested be put to liability, for almost 4 months. Very dissatisfied.
