I love shopping at Lowe's. They always have what I'm looking for. If I can't find what I'm after I can stop anyone even if it isn't their department and they can tell me where it is.
I only go here when absolutely necessary. It's difficult to get any help. Employees ignore you or are in a conversation with buddies. I tried the self checkout and it messed up and 3 female employees were right there having a giggle session. I walked away with the red light flashing!! Worst Lowes in the nation!!!!!!!!

I have worked at this Lowe's in the past. I really enjoyed working there. But sometimes I don't think customers understand the way we work. First of all costumers are the reason we have a job. We always try to help you solve a problem and if we can't we find someone. I don't really understand why customers come to cashier's and start screaming at them, they have no idea what you are screaming about. The best thing to is go to the Customer Desk. You would not believe how much they know. And if they can't help you ask them to get a manager. Please do this without screaming. Think about that the next time you go to Lowe's. Because Lowe's Rocks in home improvement.
Beware if you don't use your credit card for an undetermined period of time. The financial company responsible for store cards will cancel it without your knowledge. If you plan to keep a store credit card with this organization you might want to consider buying a few inexpensive items with it occasionally and wait for the billing statement before you pay it off.
