I enjoy it plenty of machines and the only gym i have seen that there is almost always an attendant there to help u untill ten at night

This is the best gym I've ever been a part of, hands down. Patrick and his crew have gone above and beyond to create a safe, friendly, and accessible workout venue that anyone can enjoy. Their expansive hours cater to both early and late schedules alike... not to mention the fact that I don't think I've ever had to wait to use a cardio machine or weight machine, which has been an issue in busier/larger scale gyms before. Furthermore, with extremely affordable rates, numerous membership options, meal planning options, several different fitness classes, and staff members that are around at all times - you've got a spot that you just can't pass up if you're looking for the best local wellness experience.
Very nice gym. Lots of equipment. Bags for boxing and kickboxing are great.
