Dr. Murphy was so gentle while working in my mouth. i didn't feel anything which was such a relief because i am terrified of dental work. I also found his staff to be so kind and supportive. His assistant, Donna was so sweet. She knew I was scared, so she held my hand at times to get me through the work.When i was checking out at the front desk, Ashley was very helpful with some of my questions. Great place...very good experience. Thank you Dr. Murphy!
First time visiting the dental office. Everyone was very friendly, took very good care of and took their time with me being very through. They also made a dental plan which I thought was very nice of them. I don't see how there can be ANY bad reviews of this place! Can't wait till my next appointment! UPDATE: went back on 12/19/17 to get filling and I must say dentist Bates is truly a great dentist! I absolutely felt NO PAIN during nor after! And that is a MAJOR plus for me. My top lip was numb but I didn't mind it, I sent snaps to my wife and friends showing them how funny it was. I highly recommend based off my experiences with them!
I brought my 2 yr. old grand daughter to Dr. Ferguson. My grand daughter was in a lot of pain and the Dr. really helped her. I didn't know a bottle of milk at bedtime was bad for their teeth. The girl in the room helping the Dr. was very nice too.
I have been a patient of Dr. Murphy for over 5 years and have always had a great experience at his office. The staff is always courteous and friendly, and I always leave with a brighter smile than when I come in! I highly recommend Dr. Murphy, he has always been honest and answers my questions without pushing for procedures like my last dentist used to.
I travel all the way from Huntersville to come have my dental treatment and cleanings done from Dr. Murphy and his staff. I have always had a great experience every time I come. I find the staff is always friendly and ready to help
