I had an unexpected breakdown with my vehicle while visiting in Morganton, I needed a vehicle while mine was in the shop. I was able to schedule a rental online. The types of vehicles available were listed online with "up front prices". No surprises.. I arrived at the office was quickly set up with my vehicle and was on my way in minutes. When I returned the vehicle, it was just as easy. One of the best experiences I've had. I highly recommend Enterprise, the Morganton office is outstanding!!
My manager rented a car it said they had nice and clean cars and that out was easy to get set up

Multiple times I have showed up and they not have the car I reserved weeks in advance. They will downgrade you for the same price but want to up charge you for an upgrade, which should be free if they don't have what you reserved. Once I showed and the computers were down. I had my printed reservation, but they would not give me a car. Said it may be an hour wait or all day. Unacceptable!!! The young punks working there wear ties to look smart, but are stupid.
