Don’t know why after 20 years of trying to buy a car from this ford location, I keep going back. Never been able to get a deal even close to what I can find in Charlotte or Asheville and the games they play is such a waste of time. It has changed names at least 4 times. I think it is time for a staff change.
Very nice people. I felt welcomed and it was fast. I went to chevrolet and had a bad experience then went here and they had me smiling again. This place is so much better then chevrolet. Thank you guys for treating your customer's like guest and not just people.

This dealership has not improved since the change from Crossroads to Cloninger. A family member took their car in for service and was treated with disrespect. The service advisers barely acknowledged their presence and were rude when writing the service order. As a result, they were told not to perform the service and that the vehicle would be picked up. Upon arriving at the dealership the vehicle was found outside with the keys in the car, totally unattended and subject to theft. Another Ford dealership completed the work accurately and with enthusiasm and integrity. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership over the years and have used their service department almost exclusively. In the future I will not use them.
