Had a great time camping ,very friendly staff and campers. We have pop up stayed in site one.and had wonderful experience.
If he doesn't like you. You're not allowed in the company store. Even though you've paid for the season. Your not allowed! Or if you're at the NASTY swimming hole. He will sit on the porch and watch your every move. If you don't participate in the activity. They will come and ask you why you didn't come. Don't say your coming to an activity and not show up. Because then management will sit on the porch and talk about you! This could be a nice campground. If someone else owned it. It needs a lot of updated!
I love this place. I came from another camp ground to this one a year ago. Me and my family was made family with everyone there. It a warm friendly place to go and enjoy time away from everything. Just my kind of place!
This is the worse campground I have ever been too! Steve the owners husband is a total jerk. He tries to control everyone. He carries a gun in his pocket & will pull it on you!!(per the assistant manager) So, don't make him mad. Which isn't very hard to do. He goes off at everything and everyone. They blame it on his diabetes. Says he doesn't feel good and that makes him grumpy! Well my opinion. Keep your ass at the house. People come here to get away from the drama.
The absolute best campground in my experience ive been to several and none have been as accomadating and nice really easy to talk to and very nice and polite and they dont steer you wrong in the places they send you
They advertise WI-Fi but it only works near the office , so if you have a lot past the bathrooms then you have no Wi-Fi . The internet is not a concern to the owners because they dont use it but to anyone who cannot get around very well and would like to sit at their campsite and use the internet then it's Not going to happen.. People with disabilities who would love to be able to use the internet from their campsite , if it's located past the bathrooms then your completely out of luck.. you have to go to Their game room, and even then the signal is very weak and they refuse to fix or even address the problem.
