Brown Mountain Bottleworks is an outstanding tavern: good beer selection, reasonable prices, friendly staff, clean surroundings, respectable clientele -- in short - a great place to relax with a cold beer - whether with friends, a good book, or your computer. Even with the recent opening of several new local establishments that serve decent beer, Brown Mountain remains the gold standard for Morganton when it comes to taverns. Highly recommended!

Love the rotating taps they offer here. Great way to try a bunch of different craft beers and also a great local selection too. The mead wall was just a bonus!

IMHO, this location has one of the best bottle selections you will find in a 50 mile radius! Coming from Rutherford County North Carolina this would be my go-to spot for any exotic beers!
